CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY PryorHealth

For MedSpa / Non-surgical procedures:

To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. To secure your appointment, we kindly require that you provide a valid credit card for booking purposes. All treatments require a $100 consultation fee at time of booking that will be used towards your total at time of service. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call (815) 977-4403

Consultation Deposits

New & existing patients : ​

All patients are required to keep a credit card on file for a $100 consultation deposit that will be processed upon arrival for consultation. This $100 goes towards patient treatment total.​

If patient does not cancel the appointment with more than 24 hours notice, the $100 deposit will be processed. Another $100 deposit will be required upon future appointment.​

Routine Appointments​

To avoid a cancellation fee, appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within this window of time, your card will be processed a $100 cancellation/no show fee and will not be applied towards your future treatment expense total.
